An estate or a life file, with a number, a phase and a template. A life file can be converted later.
Product
Everything a file needs. Nothing that replaces a notary.
Ervazo is software for the administration around a person: first a life file, then the settlement. It calculates, it organises and it shares. It does not advise and it does not transfer money.
Questionnaires
A life file starts with standard questions. You add to a file, or switch template.
Estate inventory
Assets and debts, the source of the value, the date of death and the balance now.
Letters
Drafts for the bank, insurer, municipality and court. You send them yourself.
Division
Distribution list, legacies and takeovers. A negative amount means paying in.
Forced share (legitieme portie)
A simplified calculation based on article 4:65 of the Dutch Civil Code. Not a determination of the claim.
Inheritance tax
An indication with the 2026 exemptions and rates. Not a tax return.
Portal
Heirs see only the layers you turn on: timeline, inventory, amounts, letters.
Team
Owner, staff and guest. An office can require 2FA.
Hours
Time on the file and an account of administration you can print. Not an invoice.
Audit log
Changes in a chain, so you can see afterwards what happened.
Import
CSV or a bank file (CAMT.053 or MT940). Review it first, then save.
API and MCP
One key per account, off until you turn it on. REST at /api/v1 and an assistant at /api/mcp.
What it deliberately does not do
- No payments to heirs or creditors.
- No full citizen service number (BSN), unless you switch that storage on yourself. It is off by default.
- It does not draw up a deed itself and does not file a tax return.
- No access to files of another office.
